Question: Quick Weight Loss for Teens!?
I'm 15 and i'm looking to loose some weight before school starts!. It's particularly my sides and upper back that need the work!. But it's very hard to give up food!. does anyone have any suggestions please!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

you don't have to give up foods, but you need to make different choices as to what you eat in order to help cut back your caloric intake!. Simple carbs are one of the biggest diet busters!. They are pasta, burgers and fries (any fried food), cookies, sweets, bread, cereals that are not whole grain too!. You have to eat foods rich in complex carbs which are vegetables, fruits, whole grains and lean meats and fish!.

SODA is one of the biggest problems with anyone so eliminate this completely!. It has so much sugar that it turns into glycogen which turns into fat if you are not active enough to burn it away!.

Eat many small meals a day rather than larger portions!. Pay attention to why you are eating!. Is it because you are bored!? Is it because you are upset, lonely, etc!. This is called emotional eating and can devastate your efforts to losing weight!.

On top of that you need to be very active physically in order to speed up your metabolism to burn the calories you eat!. If you are less active you have to take in less calories!. Calories = energy used!.

Be conscious when you eat!. Watch what you put into your mouth!. Keeping a journal of what and how much you eat will help you see what you are eating and where you need to make changes!.

The best is playing some ball games that you like with some classmates and doing a little bit of running!. Please avoid eat and sitting down doing nothing the whole day just spend time on
tv or computers!.
