What causes muscle bumps?
I've been working out a lot, I have shin splints but they don't hurt all of the time.. I noticed two small, soft lumps underneath my right calf's skin.. It's on the outerside in the middle of my calf.. They don't hurt.. I've never seen these before! Are they from my shin splints? What are they?

shin splints are tears in your sheath lining for your muscle
if you have a recurring shin splint problem it could be scarred sheath/tissue from them healing
