What should I do on my "days off" from working out?!
Question: What should I do on my "days off" from working out!?
Hi I'm 17 and I work at my towns local fitness center!. I'm also a very active member of the facility myself!. I work out very consistently and use a 3 day "split" routine!. Monday: Legs&Back, Tuesday: day off, Wednesday: Chest&Shoulders, Thursday: day off, and Friday: Arms!. I was wondering what i could do on my days off because i'm aware that I need to give my muscles an adequate amount of time to recover, and don't want to over train my body!. Aside from aerobics and cardio what sort of exercises could I partake in!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
