How can i gain alot of muscle whats a good workout?!

How can i gain alot of muscle whats a good workout?

im looking to gain the most muscle in the fastest time possible. im not looking for a 100 pounds of muscle in 1 week but i would like to know how i can get some great results with a set workout. any help you can give i will be very thankful for.


Answers:

Excercise one muscle group one day and a different muscle group the following day as you want quick results and you do not want to break down muscle tissue... by working every other day you are building them up.. also go for a slower more strength oriended work out rather than a lot of reps... reps also reduce...
