I think ultimately the best diet that works for you is one that you can stick with!. Most diets do not work because most people whether they are doing low carb or low fat go the extreme, by either taking out carbs comepletely or reducing fat to almost nothing!. The problen is that your baody needs both to function!. In my experience the best diet is one that you can stick with over a long period of time without feeling like you are missing out!. Food is suppose to be enjoyable! If you reduce sugar intake considerably (that means saying goodbye to soft drinks), excercise and limit your portion, I think you will be happy with the results!. Remember, it is better to eat 6 small meals a day than 3 regular meals!. Goodluck!

HIIT (High intensity Interval Training) is the best cardio exercise!. HIIT burns fat 9 times more effectively than any other cardio, and it only takes 12-15 minutes!. Due to its intensity it should only be done 3 times a week, non-consecutively!.

Of course, HIIT, as any other cardio exercise, will not work without a healthy, low-calorie diet!. So eat healthy, drink lots of water, avoid processed foods, avoid fast food, and avoid junk food!.

i sware that it works!. i started the diet two weeks ago and i didnt think there were any results since i see myself all the time and i went to the doctor yesterday and i asked how much i weighed the last time i was there and he said 182 and now i weigh 172!. trust me it works so dont hesitate to start it Www@Answer-Health@Com
