What would be a good exercise???!


Question: What would be a good exercise!?!?!?
on the 18th of this month I'm going back to school and I'm not fat but, not skinny either (~I'd say closer to skinny however~)!. I'd really like to lose about 5-10 more pounds however:) What's a good excise for an 8th grader going to school!? I only take about 5 minutes to an hour to do my homework (~it just depends on what it is~) so, I'd be able to spend most of my after school time to do some workouts!. I want a workout that's really good for your thighs and stomach! I have a treadmill and an AB lounger but, I want some variety so I don't get bored with it and quit! So what's some good after school excises for your stomach and thighs!? please help I'll give you 10 points!!!

one minute holds are good for the abs!.!.!. and in case you dont know what that means, you lay on your back and lift your legs about six inches off the ground and then your shoulder blades up about six inches offf the ground and then hold it for about one minute!.!.!.!. and do that about threee - fiveee times

then something for your thighs could be wall sits
and basically do a squat against the wall and do it as long as you can!.!.!.

and maybe run a mile on your tread mill
and about three sets of eight on your ab lounge !.

Its a little to late, unless you do extreme dieting, I would not recommend!. As far as exercises (you mat not like it) house chores, you use muscles and burn calories!. It has been proven that it is better than a treadmill!. try it, if you have do more and put more muscle into it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you have a treadmill at home you might want to use that!. it burns alot of fat!. just be careful though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
