You can go to a local Wal-mart and there is a shake that makes you lose pounds!. Its called Whey Protein with skin milk or water!. If that doesn't work then do some push-ups and sit-ups everyday!. Run the track,watch excersising videos on youtube or tv!. If all this stuff dosn't work then im sorry for wasting your time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Stay away from fried food and bread, pizza,pasta and sodas even the diet kinds!.
1% or 2% Milk, juice and water is much better for you!.
Eats lots of fruits and veggies and lean meat,chicken, fish that if you like fish!.
In the morning never eat sugary food!.Have an apple to help you wake up I found out it helps alot and bowl of oatmeal with your favorite fruits!. I'm sure you get the picture about eating habits!.
Fast walking is good for you not running if your not use to it!.
