Depends on your definition of complete workout!.
In mine it isn't!. While it focuses on stretching and breathing it certainly doesn't provide any strength or endurance training which is what I prefer to focus on!.
As for your butt, you'd be better served walking uphill on a treadmill, doing lunges or squats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
