How do i stay on track with not eating?!


Question: How do i stay on track with not eating!?
So I'm trying not to eat and its fine, but I'm always around people who make me eat like my mom, and i hate having to puke so how do i make it so my mom thinks I'm eating and i don't have to binge!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat things like ice burg lettuce and celery!. You end up chewing all the calories you got from eating it and your parents think you're eating!. Also try drinking protein shakes or just lots of water!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just eat it and then exercise it off!. When you barf, you slowly destroy your esophagus which can leave to ulcers and pretty much destroy your body!. If you starve yourself you will lose weight, but the weight you lose is muscle weight so you are actually weakening yourself by doing it!. Your probably already noticed though that you are more tired than you were before!. But that's not the worse thing about starving yourself, when you starve yourself your body enters into emergency mode and when you eat the next time (you will have to eat eventually unless if you plan to die) your metabolism will go crazy and you will actually GAIN weight and be worse off than before!.

So just realize that your fat and start exercising and eating less (notice how i didn't say stop eating)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Amanda, it's NOT fine to not eat!. Eating sustains our lives!. If you don't eat, your body will go into starvation mode, anyway, and it will become more efficient, which means you will be able to eat even LESS than you eat now in order to maintain your weight!. When you (hopefully, eventually) come to your senses and realize that you're harming yourself, you will have done damage to your metabolism that will take a long time to repair, if you even live that long!. People die from anorexia!!

You probably stopped reading after my first sentence, but in hopes that you are still reading this, in the long run, you will be a much happier, healthier person if you eat healthy foods (lean protein, whole grain carbs, lots of fruit and veggies and lots of water and green tea) and exercise!. Concentrate on developing your muscles!. If you develop lean muscle tissue, you will increase your metabolism!.!.!.most people feel like muscle work isn't as important as cardio, but it's MORE important because of your increased metabolism!. Someday (sooner than you'll believe when it hits), you'll be in your 40s and 50s and if you haven't taken care of your muscles and bones, you may develop osteoporosis among other things!. I sure wish I'd gotten smart earlier in my life!. I spent too much of it being fat and blaming it on my genes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you already burn over 1000 calories a day by basic bodily functions such as breathing!. so if you eat 1200-1500 calories a day you will automatically lose weight!. exercise on top of this will of course jump start things!.

so if you get what i'm trying to say, don't starve yourself!. don't skip meals!. as mentioned before you can eat negative calorie foods where you burn more calories then the food itself by digesting it!. search google for a negative calorie food list!. then you can tons of fruits and veggies and still have very little calories, so load up on those!. deffinitely take a multivitamin to make sure your getting propper nutrition!. also you may want to add a protein bar such as a special k bar to your breakfast (not as breakfast though, just additionally)!. Clearly you are ill and need to see a psychiatrist soon!. Not eating is a horrible to lose weight!. Its unhealthy and you end up looking like a skeleton!. I know everyone hates to hear it, I do too, but lose weight the healthy way!. Take some weight loss pills if you feel you must(conservatively)!. Work out a little bit and try to cut back on foods that are bad for you!. I know you'll probably hate reading answers like this but I wish you luck and I hope you reach your goals safely! to lose weight you should eat healthy and exercise!.!.!. if you become anorexic or bulimic you will begin to feel weak, it will ruin your appearance, and you'll be malnourished/Www@Answer-Health@Com

i agree with Yeep!. that habit can turn into anorexia, and your parents care about your well being!. why don't you just excercise, instead of wasting away your body by starving your self!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
