Gain muscle mass?

what is some good exercises that l can do to gain muscle mass with out steroids l want to be 100% nateral l weight 150 and l am 17 l would like some help with gaining weight l work out a lot but do not gain weight.

if u wanna gain weight it is not neccessarilly your workouts you should focus on,but i will recommend lifting heavy, doing 4 to 6 reps per set doing no more than 10 to 12 sets either....your problem is more than likely your diet, you must eat and eat alot to gain muscle mass, you seem to be a hard gainer so i would strive for atleast 4500 calories a day u must eat every 2 to 3 hrs.. eat right when u get up and have a protein shake when u go to bed..eat a low glycemic meal before you workout id reccomed an apple and a scoop of whey protein, after your workout try to get 60 to 80 g of carbs with about 60 grams of protein high in bcaa(braincahined amino acids) you wanna raise your insulin levels here to drive the protein into the muscle cells...a good rul of thumb is you wana have about 2g per lb of bodyweight of protein, to ppl that say that is too much, well ive never met anyone strong and full of muscle mass that didnt take in alot of protein...the key thing here is your diet man, eat more and eat often, some good protein choices are whey protein (this is natural it comes from eggs ususally )chicken,turkey,ham, beef,steaks,fish,cheese,some good things to eat after your workout is a pop to ppl that say youll get fat this that is a joke you can get away with have a pop postworkout (jay cutler does it) your body and muscles are like a sponge after you workout (u wanna raise ur insulin, its key here) bannanas, juice, gatorade,with protein.all good postworkout food....remember you grow outside the gym not inside it ..good luck
