Question: Is there a way to lose fat but not gain muscle!?
I've been getting alot of muscle in my arms and my calves in the hopes of just becoming stronger, but now i change my mind!. I just want to be slim without too much muscle!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

What most guys end up doing sometimes is bulking up on muscle, which isn't what you want obviously!.
When you bulk up on muscle when it comes to weights and such, usually it's big weights and low reps!. like example im a teen that weighs 115!. for me, big weights would be 20-25!. that would be bulk for me!. And lifting that like 10 times is low reps!.
What you should do is just keep your muscles 'toned' it's not big, not small, but a healthy normal size!. If you are to lift weights like for your arm for example, find a weight that you feel comfortable with!. Something you can lift for 3 sets of 10 and still feel okay afterwards!.

First thing: Eat half portions every time you go out to eat!. That'll fix the food problem!.
Second thing: If you've gained muscle, that's fine!. Muscle burns more calories just sitting there than fat does!. I'd recommend doing aerobic workouts (running is excellent for this), as they burn a lot of calories, and don't build mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

lipo actually makes you look worse than you did before the surgery because the skin sticks to the left over cellulite, which makes it have more dimplies and seem rougher!.
