Question: Why Am I Eating More Than Usual!? HELPPPP!!!!? Girls Only Please!!!!?
Well I gained 2 ounces!? And Im suppose to get my period soon!! And today Im eating more than usual! Here Are My Questions:
- Why Am I Eating More Than Usual!?
- Did I Really Gain 2 Ounces Or Is It Because My Period!?
- What Can I Do To Stop Eating So Much!?

girls eat more when theyre near and on their period because the metabolism raises by up to 40%, so although your eating more you are also burning more!. the weight you've put on will be water weight, try and drink more water to help flush it out, and youll lose it by the end of your period!. instead of trying to eat less, make sure you munch on healthy stuff like apples and carrot sticks, and eat little and often instead of 3 big meals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

RELAX!!! That is all perfectly normal!. It is normal to gain anywhere from 2-6 pounds right before your period!. But don't worry, it is mostly water weight that will come right off in a few days!. It is also normal to have an increased appetite!. You can blame your hormones for this one!. If you are really concerned, try to set specific meal and snack times, and eat only at those times!. If you really feel the need to munch on something, try fresh fruit or veggies!. Popcorn is also great if you are craving something salty, plus it's low-cal!.

I would say it's definitely down to the fact you are due your period soon!.!. that happens to me and it's horrible, you think you are doing so well and then suddelnly you gain loads!! if you are eating too much then I would try drinking a glass (or bottle ) of water if you are eating between meals!. it helped me feel full up and it's good to drink water anyway :) Good luck with it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Usually you tend to eat alot right before your period because when you are on it, you loose alot of nutrients so all the food that you ate before is what helps you to stay healthy!. And you probably gained weight because of all of the water retianed in your body right now!. But that will go away once you finish your period!. Hope this helps :) God blessWww@Answer-Health@Com

I always eat more when I am getting ready to start my period!. It's typically a few days prior to starting and I also typically bloat just prior to my period!.

I don't do this every month but it happens more now than not!. I also lose the weight after my period!. I wouldn't worry b/c two lbs is not even noticeable!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Okay relax it could be water weight and technically your only suppose to get on the scale once a week for it too be precise!.!.!.but no one really follows that rule! and before or while your on your period you get the munchies so its fine!.

2 ounces!? You're kidding right!? That's nothing to panic over! That's barely gaining any weight at all!.

During your period your often bloated and retain more water which would explain added weight!. But seriously!.!.!. 2 ounces is absolutely nothing to get so upset about!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you could be growing!.you need more when your growing!.
the extra weight could be bloating!.
