How can I lose this gross tummy fat?!

How can I lose this gross tummy fat?

Is running the only most effective way? How long and how continuous of running should be done to lose it? It happened cause I started living on poptarts and other bad processed junk firms' food & it never really went away. will running lose with from my chest? i actually wanna target my stomach, legs would be great too. thanks guys =]


Answers:

You can't target areas of your body to lose weight from. Thats why you have to work the whole body.

I suggest jogging 3 times a week for atleast 15-20 minutes. The most important thing is to get on a diet. Cut all that poptarts and bad processed junk food off. No soda, no candy, no fast food what so ever.

Eat a fruit a day, eat 6 small meals in a day. Lift weights a little.
