Yes, it is possible.
You could have the perfect weight but still feel that you need to lose some fat reserve, the kind that makes you feel your clothes shrunk in your dryer...lol.
Never lose your fat reserve by eating less (unless you really already eat too much), eat at least as much as your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) and use your fat reserve to fuel your exercising, and in the process, get stronger muscles.
BMR: women: lbs x 0.453 = kilograms x 7.18 + 795
BMR: men: lbs x 0.453 = kilograms x 10.2 + 879
As you replace fat mass by muscle mass, you will get thinner and more toned.
One pound of muscle takes three times less space than one pound of fat so your clothes will fit much better and you will even fit into smaller sizes of clothing.
