Fitness for school.?!


Question: Fitness for school!.!?
ok so I'm 13 and I'm about lets say 5'2 and i weight 120 and i know some people might say that average for a girl my age and height but, you see my problem is i want to try out for my volleyball team this year for school and i have to be least 105 to be good for my physical and i was wondering, If i ride a bike for a hour everyday till school start meaning today is the 13 but Ima start tomorrow which is the 14 so august 14-25[[the day i start school]] do yall think is i do that for a hour everyday expect for saturdays which is let me see about two weeks i will lose at least a couple pounds i mean Ima still work out everyday even when school start but do yall think i will lost at least some weight before school or should i do more than just ride a bike for a hour please be honest and ppleasehhelpand give me yall 100% opoion:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

That sounds great, it will tone your legs, and it's cardio, so it's a great workout! I would add some more cardio though maybe an hour of running, or even dancing the the other girl mentioned!. Add that all up with some crunches, and push ups (tone your arms, and abs) and your set!. For the crunches I would do 10 reps of 10 (meaning you do 10 crunches take a 30 second break do another ten, until you've done the 10 reps) and for the push ups 3 reps of 5-10 Www@Answer-Health@Com
