How can i gain weight but not fat?!


Question: How can i gain weight but not fat!?
im 5'6" and 115 lbs and i want to get at least 130 lbs and i work out and everything (push ups, sit ups, benching, etc!.) but i cant seem to get over 115 lbs!. also i dont seem to be gaining anymore muscle no matter how much i bench maybe i am but i dont seem to be noticing it bcus im not gaining any weight!. suggestions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You should take protein or something (but not overdo it), maybe Whey!. Eating more would work, but also keep working out while you eat so that you gain muscle as you gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do more than just bench; train every part of your body!. Back, legs, arms, you need to add muscle in as many places as you can!. You might also want to consider taking a supplement called whey protein; it's very easily absorbed by your muscles, and protein is the building block for all lean mass!. I have found that when I used to lift weights that it was not enough to put weight on, so I started running 4 miles a day and also was swimming for an hour 3-4 times a week!. I then started to gain weight and that is when I found out that my mussels did not bulk up like most body builders that is because my mussels developed like a swimmer but I did gain weight and became very strong for a women!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Join a gym!. Check the gym out first, make an appointment and tell them what your needs are: you want to gain 15 pounds of pure muscle!. A good gym will give you a nutrition guide and a workout plan!.!.!.to get more exact results opt for a personal trainer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

O!.o are you serious!? Usually, exercising makes you get some muscles that add weight!. Hmm!.!.!.!.!.well, it depends, what do you eat!? Cause if you don't even eat much and you're exercising then it really doesn't help at all !. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat meat after exercising!. That advice comes straight from my local small gym owner!. I think it builds muscles which increases the good weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
