Question: I want to get fit!?!?!?!?!?
I want to get fit by February and loose about 40-45 lbs!. I want to get the fat off of my stomach gone and the fat off my thighs gone and my love handles gone too!. i up for trying almost anything so can someone help me find a workout plan and nutrition plan!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
