How can I lose weight FAST??!


Question: How can I lose weight FAST!?!?
How can I lose weight fast!? I need to drop like 20 pounds before early September!. Please don't tell me its not healthy to lose weight fast!. i just want some tips and advice im gonna do the no carbs thing i think but i just need some more tips!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How disciplined are you!? How much stress can you handle!? Your answers to these questions will form the foundation to the answer I give!. You must, from this very moment forward, take stock of everything you put in your mouth! Dropping 20 pounds is very doable, but you MUST not be weak-willed!. I personally lost 28 pounds recently and went from a size 10 to a size 2 and did it all in mere months, no real exercise!. I did by simply doing one thing: I cut my portion sizes dramatically and ate ONLY at mealtimes, no snacking! Also stop eating white bread and substitute whole wheat instead!. Ok, heres the practical side!. You must get in a mindset where you (your brain) is the warden and your stomach, taste buds, and all of their crummy little friends (cravings, etc!.) are the prisoners!. They shall not tell you when to eat (they will try VERY hard) they will only eat when you tell them it is time!. This where willpower is born and comes into play!. What goes in, must go out, so if you are not exercising, there is no reason to consume 2000 calories a day; you will get fat if you do that!. Just eat what you will use today!. For me, this meant my portion sized were about what I gave my four year old!. She is growing!. I am not!. I have a rather sit-down job for the most part!. A sample day for me looked like this!. Bfast: coffee and half a toast with butter and jelly
Lunch: 1/2 Cup of tuna on 2 crackers, diet coke, lots of water (like 4 bottles) 1/4 of an apple!.
Dinner: 1/2 a chicken breast with grilled peppers and pinapple, 1/4 cup brown rice with wonderful spices and a little butter!., (lots more water) Dessert, one bite of chocolate cake taken from my husband!. Remember my stomach is a prisoner while I am on this!. It will eat only what I tell it to!. I do have dessert and other things, but very, very small portions and I do not go back for seconds!. You will have moments of hunger, but after about 4 or 5 days, your stomach will shrink and you will get full on just these portions!. Now when I eat, I can only eat a half portion!. At restaurants, I always share a plate with my husband because I can no longer tolerate large portions of food!. I eat what I want but in small, small portions!. It is like having lap band, wwithout the surgery!. And best of all, I am still losing!. I am really small framed (5ft!.) and should weigh, according to doctor, about 100lbs, I am 5 lbs away!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

There are 3500 calories in one pound of body fat!. In order to burn one pound of fat you would have to walk about 10 hours (burning 350 calories per hour) and eat nothing!. This way it would take 20 days to lose 20 pounds!. If you walk 15hours a day or so, you could theoretically do it in 14 days!.

However, you would of course pass out or fall over dead within the first few days!.

1-2 pounds a week is a realistic goal!.

To drop a few pounds of water weight you can eat a lot of celery and veggies, no salt, and drink a lot of water and you might lose a few pounds of water weight too but it's temporary!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!.) eat more veggies and less of fat foods
2!.) play basket ball for a 30 min a day
NO BREAKS
JUST DO IT DONT SAY "OH ILL START IN A WEEK"
i lost 25 pds 1 mnth
u can eat junky food but limit ur self
u dont hav to ttly change your life
justy instead of a lot of chip just look @ the serving size

well i dont know its not pounds that make you skinner its toning up your body and you ccan do that by trying different exercises for toning of different parts :]] well good luck withh that!. :]
