How flexible can i get in ten days?!


Question: How flexible can i get in ten days!?
im average flexible, i can touch the floor if i bend (without bending knees) how flexible can i get in like 10 days!.
with a bunch of streches and running and stuff

not very flexible!.
it takes time to develop "stretchy" muscles!.
If you work really hard, you may be able to do a split but you won't be an incredibly limber person!.
