i would like to lose 20lbs fast befor my sisters wedding in 2 1/2 weeks.. i am her maid of honor ...i am not able to run or jog because of my kneee problems...and i am not willing to take any pills...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
