I'm 16 133lbs and would like to lose 20lbs please help me!!?

i would like to lose 20lbs fast befor my sisters wedding in 2 1/2 weeks.. i am her maid of honor ...i am not able to run or jog because of my kneee problems...and i am not willing to take any pills...PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

The most you could safely do is seven pounds.
I don't know what you can't do, but yoga is always a safe option.
It slims and tones you and it's a very low impact workout so it won't stress your knee
Plus, it should help your knee since yoga can be used as therapy
