Trying to lose weight quickly. Help please?!


Question: Trying to lose weight quickly!. Help please!?
I want to lose weight but I'm not really sure what the most effective or the fastest way to go about it is!. I'm thinking of doing a diet where all I eat is fruit, vegetables, jell-o, and eggs each day!. I would also exercise for about an hour each day!. Does that sound like a good idea!? And how long should I continue that diet for!? Also, tell me what has worked for you and what hasn't!.

It's best to keep it balanced, if you cut out certain foods, you will only be able to keep it up for a certain amount of time!. So it's not a long term solution!.

Develop a healthy eating plan that you can sustain for the rest of your life!. And exercise a few times a week, start slowly and gradually build it up!.
