Question: When on a diet does your sleep pattern matter!?
im on a diet but am a night owl and like stayin up, even if i go to bed early i cant sleep, and it normally takes me a few hours to get to seep because i have insomnia!.!.!.so if i go to bed late say 1am and wake up at 10am, that won't effect my diet right!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would have thought so!. The only thing I know is you shouldn't eat before you go to bed, some people say you shouldn't eat after 7 or 8 o'clock, but if you're not going to bed until 1am then as long as your not having big meal at 12 then it shouldn't affect your diet!.

No!. As long as you get enough sleep!. At least 7 hours a night!. 8-9 is even better =) Sleep is important so that your muscles get a chance to relax and stuffWww@Answer-Health@Com
