You should allow yourself 1500 calories and eat 5 times a day at 250-300 calories each meal!. Eat every 2 to 3 hours!. You can eat whatever you want as long as it is under 300 calories in each sitting!. There is alot out there you can eat!. Read nutrition facts on labels and watch portion control anything less than 250 a meal would be like starving yourself and that can casue you to stay at your current weight or gain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

really good food for very little calories include, shrimp, chicken, any veggie, whole wheat bread, etc!.!.!.

I use sparkpeople and have lost alot of weight (90 pounds in 5 months ) doing it!.

I also eat about 1200 calories a day and feel satisfied most days on that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
