Will i lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks by doing this?!


Question: Will i lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks by doing this!?
ok, i know it's not healthy but i'd like to know anyways if it`ll work!.

in the morning when i wake up i`ll walk for 20 minutes then jog for 15 minutes, and after that i`ll eat egg white, with an apple, and drink water!.

then in the afternoon i`ll hula hoop for 30 minutes, walk for 20 minutes!.
and then i`ll eat veggies (choi) and some fruits and water!.

at night, i`ll have fruits and i`ll walk for 30 minutes agian, jog for 12 minutes and drink water of course!.

if i do this everyday will i lose 10 pounds by 2 weeks!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hula-hooping!? Hey, that's a creative way to burn calories!

You certainly seem to be doing enough exercise, but you don't seem to be eating enough!. Not only do you need to eat to give you the energy and nutrients required for any exercise regimen, but eating several small meals throughout the day will actually keep your metabolism high, and therefore keep your body burning more calories!.

Try adding some skinless chicken or turkey into your diet!. They're high in protein and very low in fat!. You also might want to consider adding whole grain into your diet; brown rice, oatmeal, and whole wheat bread will give you the complex carbohydrates you need to keep functioning at full capacity!. Fruits and veggies are great, but your body wasn't meant to live on them alone!.

I'd also consider 10 pounds in two weeks a slightly unreasonable goal!. Many experts say that you should only lose 2 lbs a week if you want to stay healthy!. Also, don't measure your health in pounds!. Even girls should consider adding some lean muscle mass, which may add a few numbers to the scale, but actually increase your metabolism, not to mention many guys like a little muscle tone in women!.

I would add some carbs and protein to your diet!. You will need them to help energize your workouts!. Check out hungrygirl!.com they have some yummy recipes w/ low or no fat!.

Hulahooping is great for your health!. It trims up your waistline quite nicely!. Go for a weighted cardio hoop!. Make sure the top of the hoop falls to at least the underneath of your breasts!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on how much you weigh now!. But there's pretty good chances of that working!. Try it!. You might want to get a little more protein in there though!. Add some tofu maybe!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
