Question: Did I Eat Healthy Today!!? (GIRLS ONLY please)!?
Well !.!. Im going to get my period soon so today I ate a little more than I usually do!. No Rude Comments Please!. Anyways, Today I Ate:
- Breakfast: a pb & jelly sandwhich on two slices of whole wheat toast! With the crust's cut off!. (I put one tablespoon of pb AND j)
- Snack : about 15 or a little less of small hot popcorn
- Lunch : about one tablespoon of pb & j (I didnt feel like eating so much that time)
Dinner: a little white rice, salad, steamed carrots
Snack: If I get hungry Ill eat some grapes!!! :)

Here are my questions:
- Did I Eat Too Much!?
- ABOUT how much calories did I eat today!?!?

That doesn't sound terrible, but I'd try to have a little more variety, not so much peanut butter and jelly!. No you didn't overeat, in fact I think you didn't eat enough!. Never go below 1,500 calories, and don't go above 2,000 calories unless you exercise for like 3 hours a day!. As for how many you ate exactly!.!.!. I'm not sure!.

you definatly did not eat to little!. you might not even be getting enough calories!. but you should add more variety like more fruits and vegetables!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
