What would be the breakfast after gym workout?!


Question:

What would be the breakfast after gym workout?

I recently joined gym and I do not eat meat/fish/egg - vegetarian. Please suggest a good breakfast after gym so that I can feel energetic. Suggest quantity too please.


Answers:

Carbs before workout for energy, and protein after workout for repair. Suggest a banana to prevent muscle cramps, smoothies are also great with soymilk and fruit and protein powder.
