Answers:

Well I'm pretty impressed with how you got your protein in your diet. for other ideas for protein- sunflower seeds, protein bars, and even drinking ensure. It is important to keep a variety of food in your diet if you are vegetarian. The whole day was about 1,000 calories. You should eat a little more if you feel hungry at any point. Especially if you are working out. Even some who is dieting for weight loss should eat at least 1200 calories a day. You don't have to skimp on vegetables and fruit. you can eat those all you want. I have never heard of anyone getting fat on fruits and veggies. I would advise any vegetarian to take a multi vitamin supplement. Just something like a one a day would be fine. I wouldnt advise someone your age to be a vegetarian because you are still growing. Humans are omnivores by nature (we eat fruits, veggies, meat, nuts and berries..etc) and there are nutrients that we get only in meat and fish that hasnt been fully understood by scientists. I know ultimately you will choose what you want I'm just expressing my views here.

Aside from that, your diet is fine (just up the calories a bit when you need)

Oh, and I hope you aren't doing this for weight loss because your weight is just fine.
