how should a 14 year old get a 6 pack as well as have some muscle!? I am curently in between fat and skinny about 140 pounds and 5 foot 7 inchesWww@Answer-Health@Com

heres a secret!.!.!.eat less!.!.!.excersise more!! everyone has a six pack but you need to get rid of the body fat covering it!. runing for thrity minutes a day, and eat less than 1800 calories a day!. = easy six pack!

dont listen to people that say excersise your abs!! that only like 10 percent!. the rest is getting rid of body fat!! then once thts done then make your abs bigger!. Just dont excerse the crap out of your abs! there are tons of muscular people without abs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example)!. In your hands hold a little dumbbell!. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it's parallel with the ground!. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position!. Repeat ten times!. Every week add
to the number of repetitions!. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles!. Dumbbells do wonders!. Much better than these crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL!. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it would be fine for a 14 year old to have a six pack!. just work on core exercises such as the plank which is when you stay in a push up stance and hold it for as long as you can!.!. it works wonderss=]Www@Answer-Health@Com

wait till your 16 then workout all the time and eat extermely healthy!.

do cardio exercises
