To SLOW DOWN your metabolism!?! Yes, SLOW! I am way tooooo thin and boney & cannot gain weight! I dont think its a good idea, even if it does exist!. I mean for short term, yea it sounds great, but what about when you start getting older, you will probably start putting on weight quickly!. It just doesnt sound good to me?Www@Answer-Health@Com
