Question: I need the best stomach strengthaning excersises for all the stomach muscles!!!!?
To lift my leg past 90 degrees in ballet for devlopees I need stronger stomach muscles, I need to target all the muscles on the stomach - more core strength!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

go into a push up position but keep your elbows on the ground and tighten your butt, you feel like it doesn't work until you hold it long enough!.
lay on your back with feet about 3 inches off the ground with your arms underneath your butt, and tighten your leg muscles and stomach!
when you do crunches, try going in a circular motion, starting from left to right and do that about 10 times, and then do it from right to left!.
lay on your back, feet high up in the air and have them go down switching one foot in front of the other I can't remember the term but there is a ballet term for it!. then bring them back up and go down again!.
remember to breath steadily as you do any exercises because otherwise you won't get as good as results!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I have actually heard that biking is amazing for your abs!. Supposedly, it's better for your abs than crunches, sit ups, etc!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
