Weight gain caused by stress?!

Question:

Weight gain caused by stress?

I'm 18 and I weigh 222lbs and I'm getting ready to start college this year. The fact that my parents are throwing all the money issues my way about my college is adding stress to my life. I know stress is one of the major leading causes of my weight gain because I have no appetite basically. I can go a whole day without being hungry, and I normally do and I know that makes it even worse for me and my body. I need to know easy ways to relieve my stress and keep it off, and how to lose weight and keep it off for a long period of time. Please give me any advice that you have. Thank you!

Answers:

ur too young to b 222lbs yet ur also not that big n still young enough to do something about it. so start walking running doing something active. stick with it it takes time to notice a change. eat healthier too cut out the junk food. pop. replace it with fruits n veggies n water n lean meats. cut ur portions in half. u can do it. u have to want it bad enough. at first ull lose inches then lbs. but stick with it. alot of weight comes off fast when u do wht i said to do. then it will stagnate alil but its ok stick with it. it will keep coming off. might b 1-3lbs a week but hey that adds up 3months u could lose a good 20-60lbs i lost 13 lbs in 4wks. n i couldnt workout bc of an injury just think wht i could of lost working out that 4 wks
