please be serious!. im 15 and want to lose weight!. i cant drive anywhere and im stuck at home!.!.!.!.any help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

two main things: EXCERISE & EAT HEALTHY

-Try taking a jog (or a run) EVERYDAY for about 15 minutes!. You can take jog's anywhere really, down your street,in your backyard!. Invite a friend over to do it with you, so you can have some fun!!

-if you have a pool, do some laps for about 30 minutes!. If you don't have a pool, maybe jog to a local YMCA or health club!. Or have somebody drive you!.

-you can play sports like basketball,soccer, etc!. The key is to make it fun!!

- Ride your bike for a half hour everyday!.

-Join a sports team!.

-Jump-rope, run in place, jumping jack's, push ups, pull ups!. Do all of those, & crank up the music as well!. So you can have fun while doing something good for your body!

-Maybe ask your parent(s) if you could buy a treadmill!. So even if you dont feel like leaving the house,you can run at home!

-Tell your parent(s) about your goal on losing weight!. Tell them how much it means to you,& if they could help you out!.

-Cut out junk food!. Eat lots of veggies & fruit!. You can make them good! Try an apple, with some low-fat peanut butter!. Or some low-fat yogurt!.

Don't go on a treadmill it helps a lot more when you just run on the road! Here is a good saying for losing weight! "Move more, eat less! i know you need to do more things then just that but it really helps! Eat well, run a lot and don't be a lazy bum on the couch!. Get a sport and practice in your back yard! And know that you CAN do it!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Skip the junk and watch what you eat!. eat half of what your used to!. If your used to a whole plate, get a saucer, eat plenty of fruits and veggies and lean meat, chicken,turkey and fish!. no white products-bread,sugar,flour!.!.and walk once a day for 30 min!. get some hand weights for tone and start walking and jogging as much as you can, find some good music for an ipod or mp3 player to make long walks and jogs more enjoyable !.!.!. you could also get a dvd of martial art forms !.!.!. you don't have to feel girlie and do aerobics !.!.!. just do thai chi or some other set of forms that work on posture and control and focus !.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Most important thing about losing weight is diet!. Dieting is very important, so after learning about diet, you should take up morning jogging, it will shed pounds!. Eat low calorie foods, and more veggies and fruits!. Also drink lots of water, no more soda!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
