I am a vegetarian and my periods are very light too, and sometimes they are heavy, it just depends!. Your period can even sometimes only be one day, which has happened to me!. It is perfectly normal to have inconsistent periods, especially if you are younger!. I wouldn't worry about it!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes, my sister was, and the doctor said she wasn't getting enough nutricion!.
so she had to take vitamins and stuff!.
and them after a while, she just investigated which fruits and vegetables had what!. and made sure she was getting everything enough!.
oh, and dairy and bread! (eat that)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think it's because of 2 main reasons!. The first: is that your body is going through a major change of a non-meat diet!. And that meat is contains a lot of blood from the animal it came from!. But it's nothing to worry about cause your body may have gotten healthierWww@Answer-Health@Com

since you're not eating meat, i guess your body doesn't have to produce so much blood to process all of the meat in your body!.!.!.i don't know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I'm no vegetarian, but maybe it's your body reacting to the diet change!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
