Well, I worked out at 3:30pm and I stopped at 5:00pm. I ate at 6:15pm. What I ate was a little bit of rice with 4 fish sticks. I drank like 5 glasses of water. (I don't drink any kind of soda, I don't like the taste of it.] Then I got hungry at 9:00pm and didn't want to eat, because it was late. But I ate a little rice with two chicken strips and broccoli. Well, my goals are to lose weight since I weight about 195lbs, I'm 5'11, and am 18 years old. I exercise every day for one hour and 30 minutes. I started my exercise last Monday, the 18th. And I'm trying to weight at least 170lbs. So am I doing alright?

u r doing ok just dont eat late and divide ur meals into smaller meals
