Question: Whats i've had to eat today; is it good enough!?
breakfast: toast, with ham on (yes it is nice :) )
i don't really have lunch but today i had a chocolate yogurt dessert
and for dinner i had peas, 2 chicken fillets and 2 small fishcakes!.
i don't snack really and i drink water all day, if i carry on eating like that will i lose weight!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all you need to make sure you have enough weight to lose!.
You should make sure you don't miss any meals!.
Then take your weight add a zero to the end, and that's how many calories you should eat daily to lose weight (be sure it's not under 1,200)
Then take the basic food pyramid, and plan your meals off of that!.

Daily physical activity is also very important (about 30-60 minutes per day most days)

Yeahh thats really good, you should hear what i ate todaii! Carry on and it will really help, your diet isant the best it could be but please dont just starve yourself, eat a balanced diet!. you'll lose more weight doing that than starving yourself!. Good Luck :) Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well i lost 12 pounds in 6 months with a diet a little worse then yours! So if you exercise as much as i did you could lose lots of weight!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
