HOW MUCH WEIGHT WILL I LOSE IN A WEEK if i do this...?

well i just did a 3 day fast and i decided im never fasting again so u dont have to tell me its unhealthy and stuff! tomorrow is my first day of eating again.
im planning on eating maybe a stick of celery a tomorrow and gradually increasing my calories.
so if i do that and i jump 500 jumps on a jumprope daily, do around 100 crunches if not more, jogging a mile, and going tony littles freestyle gazelle for 45 minutes 2 different times a day how much will i lose??
thanks a bunch! if u have any suggestions please tel me!
especially about eating after a fast!!

i know that when u eat after fasting youll gain weight...so im only guna have fruits and veggies for awhile. and thats also y im exercising so much
is there any possibilty that il gain still?


Answers:

If you only eat fruits and veggies it is highly unlikely you will gain weight. Tny's little gazelle is a strider, it wont do much of anything for you. Jogging 2-3 or more miles will benefit you most on top of the jumproping. Crunches will help for abs but not losing weight. I cant say how much you will lose, but you WILL lose. you should eat some multi-vitamins and drink some milk. It is very important for girls to have calcium. Also, you could fry up some egg whites or boil eggs and only it egg whites(only 15 cals per egg white). and also oatmeal is good, full of fiber and low low cal.
