Im obese??????!! :(?!


Question: im obese!?!?!?!?!?!?!! :(!?
im 5'5 i weigh 160 and im a size 9/10!.!.!. im 14 going on 15 and i work out every 3 days by doing kick boxing , ty bo or weight lifting!. i go running every saturday and i play volleyball ,yet i asked this question before and i was told i was 45 pounds overweight !. also my bmi is 26!.1 or something like that which is almost obese on the the scale!. please be as honest as you like it wont hurt my feeling !.!.!. thanx Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's not as bad as you thank!. Just lay of the sugar and sodas!. Also keep in mind that a little weight training is ok, but muscle weighs more than fat!. Just try running more often!. Also lift only as much weight as is easy for you and do more reps!. That way you will tone instead of build!. Hope i helpedWww@Answer-Health@Com

First of all, you're not "obese", your BMI (26!.6) is in the overweight category, you need to get it to 24!.9 or less which is a weight of at least 145!. You are not 45 pounds overweight!.!. you just need to lose about 15 pounds!. you are doing fine, but make sure your diet is really balanced and healthy - ask your parents for help, or another adult with experience!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you exercise that much then you probably just have a ton of muscle!. muscle weighs more than fat too!. talk to your doctor about your concerns!. if you don't look fat, then don't sweat it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes your overweight but dont think it is impossible to lose it but you need to start jogging every day and mixing workout in with itWww@Answer-Health@Com
