I am fat but i am not?!


Question: I am fat but i am not!?
hello i am fat i know i am cos well my belly mahoosive anyway i am 16 years old 6 ft 2 and way 12 stone!. i do a bmi test and it says i am average so why am i fat!?

i think i may be the right weight and everything but instead of muscle i have fat!?

also i really want to exercise more and eat less sweets and chocolate i do have a balanced diet (part from sweets + chocolate) which i want to cut out but when i start exercising with runnin machine and abs traner etc i get board in one day and dont really do it again so what can keep me focused!?

Yes i think you are right about less muscle and more fat!.
Since you are 16 and you have a good height, i recommend you to join a gym and do muscle training as well and cardio(helps lose weight quicker)!. This way you will have a much leaner body and less fat!.
I will also found gyms with music to be much more motivating then just a room with a treadmill!. Also, instead of treadmill try to go out for runs, they are much more entertaing!. Also, get an mp3 player, music while exercising is a great motivator!.

I had that problem a few years ago!. try eating chicken or fish instead of fat full things!. train much, especcially muscle training!. do weightlifting, or push ups, it will rather help than running!. running is good to lose fat, but you say your problem is you don't have enough muscles, so make muscle training!. It helped me very good!. I lost fat and build muscle mass!. I'm now 200 Pounds at 6'0 height and I'm not very fat anymore!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
