Question: Girl Question!! Helppp!! (Girls ONLY!!!!)!?
Im going to get my period soon & today I ate more than usual!
Here Are My Questions:
- Do I actually PUT on weight!?
- When will my weight be accurate, so I can check it!!? Do I check my weight AFTER my period!?!!
- Will My Weight Be The Same Or Will It Go Up!?

Today I Ate:
Breakfast: pb&j sandwhich two slices of whole wheat toast!. I didnt eat the crust though and I had ONE tablespoon of both pb & j
Lunch: about 15 or less of Hot Popcorn
Snack: about one tbs or a little less of pb&j (didnt want to eat that much)
Dinner: a little white rice, salad, steamed carrots!
- Then I ate some green grapes!
( I tried on my clothes today that I got like 2 weeks ago & It fits BETTER!!) (Im scared if I gain weight!)
Anyways!.!. answer ALL my 3 questions above, please, and whoever does that is who Ill pick as "BEST ANSWER!!" Be Honest! No Rude Comments! Thanks so much! :) !. Bye!.
Answers:
1) The weight you "gain" while you're on your period is actually water weight!. That's where the term bloated comes from!.

2) Check your weight about a day or two after finishing your period, you will be much less "swollen" or so to speak!.

3) Your weight is based on a WEEKLY calorie intake as well as a daily calorie intake!. So one day of splurging won't hurt!. However, it sounds like you ate well today, and that you won't be gaining weight! Just focus on your OVERALL eating habits rather than one day!.

your period should not have much to do with weight gain!. to get the accurate weight you should only weight yourself about once a month or if you cant wait once a week, because your body weight will change throughout the day!. your weight should be the same!. also remember that percent of body fat is a better calc than weight!.!.!.hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

You may be a little bit bloated because of your period but not that much!. It should go away after your period goes away!. Try not to give into cravings and eat everything chocolate and you should be okay!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well when you are on your period you get bloated and then you might feel like your clothes dont fit as much but after that you probably wont gain alot of weight!.!.!. dont worry to much!.!.!. yes you might want to check your weight after your period!.!.!.
