SERIOUSLY, BE REALISTIC!....how much can i lose in a month and 14days if i...?

im about 5'7-5'8 and i weight 145 around...people tell me im not fat or anything, and i have very lean legs, arms but i just have this little intertube roll on my stomach? whats the deal? people that are bigger then me have a big stomach but its flat...mines not...so heres the thing, school starts august 14 and im wondering how i can loose this and for good! im trying to bike now for 1 hour (the first time was yesterday and today i was really sore) and today i had horseback riding(every thursday) so if i really watch what i eat , eat every 3 hours very small meals, and bike 1day and "power" walk the next every day of the week on and off, plus go swiming (starting in two weeks when i get my pool up) can i lose the roll!? does anyone have this problem too? and solved it? any suggestions? i do appreciate it everyone!


Answers:

I have this problem with the roll...I haven't been able to get exercise in. You should probably do some strength training and core exercises since you don't have a lot of weight to lose. you will def. see a diff in 6 weeks
