Water aerobics and swimming are both good
I have osto arthritis in both my knees and need to lose weight too. I have been swimming every day and working out in the pool. my legs feel stronger. and i have lost 10 pounds. since we opened the pool Memorial Day. In the water your body is buoyant so exercising is less stressful on your joints. if you don't have a pool check out the YMCA or park district
