Diet Help???????????????!

Hi!
I am on a diet it is a diabetic diet!.My mom,grandma,and me are on it and no only my grandma is diabetic!.We have been on it for 2 days and i am trying to figure out what workout plans I should do just myself!. here are my stats::::
Weight:229!.2
Height:5'6
Age:14
Those are my stats I just need a workout plan!.I have a cemetery I have been walking to on my previous diets!. It is like 10 minutes away!! So any advice workout plans would be great i also have a ymca near my house that my mom can drive us too!!
