Healthiest way to lose weight?!


Question: Healthiest way to lose weight!?
How many calories should i eat!? How much should i exercise!? I need to lose about 15-25 pounds, but i want to do it the healthy way!.
I'm 13 years old, 5'2 and i weight 136 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sweetie, first off - are you loosing the weight because YOU want to or because society is pressuring you to!? Make sure it's something you want because if it isn't you'll just make yourself more miserable constantly worrying about what other people think about you!. You are 13 years old, you shouldn't have to be concerned about your weight!. Unfortunately, society's never ending skinny propaganda leaves children to deal with the harsh reality of "if you aren't skinny then you cant be pretty" - which is such BS!.

IF you are doing this for you then I have a few recommendations!. Don't "exercise", naming it just makes it monotonous and miserable!. Simply try to be more active!. If you have a dog, take it on walks a few times a week or go on walks with a friend/family member!. If you're very agile about it go ahead and do a few sit ups or pull ups a day (I wouldn't exceed 50) Perhaps some bike riding or getting more actively involved in sports at school - volleyball, tennis, track and others are perfect ways of staying in shape!. Most importantly, don't forget to eat right!. If you just eat junk food you won't loose the weight!. I'm certainly not saying stop all together, you're a kid ENJOY IT! Just try and not mindlessly snack, choose fruits and veggies as much as you can!. Try and eat small portions several times a day rather than 1 or 2 big meals!. Eating small portions frequently keeps your blood sugar level which helps keep your body from storing fat as a reserve method - when you eat rarely it pushes your body into storage mode and makes it store ALL the incoming fat because it worries food is becoming scarce!.

Make sure you exercise daily whether it's walking, running, jogging, etc!. But don't push yourself!. Build up on your time for exercising!. Watch your calorie intake!. If you do get hungry, make sure a snack is about 100 calories!. Try not to eat right before you sleep!.
Protein is also a key!. Try mixing some protein in with a fruit smoothie after you've exercised or you can mix it with water, whatever works for you!.
If you drink a lot of soda try and cut down on that!. Try drinking diet soda and only one can a day!.
You can also buy baked chips which are very tasty and are low in calories!.

The healthiest way to lose weight is to exercise 30 minutes 5 days a week!. Also your weight loss goal should be between 5-10% of your body weight!. Eat most of your calories in fruits, vegetables, low fat dairy, WHOLE grains, and small meat portions (about the size of your fist)!. I suggest Weight Watchers as the healthiest diet!. Eat at least 2000 calories a day!. Lots of fruits, veggies, lean protein, nuts, seeds, whole grains!. It is has High Fructose Corn Syrup or trans fats, leave it on the shelf!.

Aerobics 3 times a week, and body weight exercises like Push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges, etc!. 3 times a week!.

At 13 you don't need to lift free weights!. Adding too much muscle mass could stunt your growth!. Stick to the body weight stuff until you're at least 16!.

just eat a lot of fruit and vegetables!.they say you should exercise at least 60 minutes a day,but if you are trying to lose weight,exercise more than that!.i exercise at least 2 hours a day!.

Diet and exercise!. Eating less sweets and more vegetables and fruits, which are low-cal but high in nutrition!. Usually staying active between 30 minutes to 1 hour a day or more is good too!. I don't know if this works on everyone, but my niece use to consume a lot of ice and she got very thin and we did not know why because she weren't trying to be thin!. then one day I read that ice burns calories!. and anything that is hot like pepper and ginger, so that is one simple thing that you can try!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat plenty of green vegetables!. They are low in calories and high in nutrition!. Also lift weights in circuit fashion to get a cardio workout plus stimulate your lean body tissue and speed up your metabolism!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

look the best way is just eating a little of everything ( yes i mean everything ) be moderate in ur helpings and exercising wouldnt hurt !. the bottom line is dont deny urself from carbs or sugar cause u r still growing and ur body needs it Www@Answer-Health@Com
