Why havent I lost any weight?!


Question: Why havent I lost any weight!?
Ok so I followed what everyone said!. I havent eaten junk food or had any soda in the past 2 weeks!. I have had nothing fried and have been eating mostly chicken, brown rice, fruits, eggs, and veggies!. I am 5'1 and 160!. I have exercised every day for 30 mins on the elliptical and have not dropped one single pound!! I understand that I may have gained muscle, maybe but my pants are not looser and I should have lost at least 1 pound!. I mean going from eating fast food and junk almost everyday to this, why am I not loseing weight!??Www@Answer-Health@Com

Give it some time!. You're putting your body under some unexpected stress!. Its natural reaction might be to store calories for a while until it adjusts to your new routine!. Some people find that they actually gain a couple pounds in the first 2 or 3 weeks of a new exercise regimen because their bodies kind of freak out for a short time!. The best thing to do is to be consistent and keep it up!. The weight will come off!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
