Is it possible that standing still helps you lose weight? How To Make Your Tummy Flat?

I am trying to lose weight (I'm not overweight or anything, I want a more flat tummy, though), and my friend told me two studies proved that standing absolutely still for 15 min. a day helps you lose up to 15 pounds in 2 months, or something like that. Is this true?

Oh, and by the way, does anyone know a good website that talks about exercises in stomach-flattening?
