I need a sleeping routine, BIG PROBLEM. Help?!


Question: I need a sleeping routine, BIG PROBLEM!. Help!?
Okay, I neeeeeed a sleep routine!. It's a big problem for me, and I need to fix it, now!. Help me!?
So, in the summer I wind up falling asleep around 1-3 a!.m!. and waking up around 11-12 a!.m!.
Don't tell me to not watch TV before bed, because I won't listen, TV seriously does not bother me or affect my sleeping, i think!. (:

During the school year I try to go to bed anywhere from 9-10 p!.m!. and then I have to wake up really early the next day!. I have a really hard time getting up on school days, even if I get enough sleep, it's horrible :[ I actually found out that the later i go to bed on school nights (11 p!.m!.) and get up early the next morning, I feel a lot better in the morning, but then I am totally crashed at the end of the day!.
I really need help, I don't know what to do!.
Can someone help me!? Thank you soo much!.

I'm sorry to say that most teenagers go through this phase!. Their bodies are on a different clock!. It's too bad schools don't understand this!. I was the same way!. If I went to bed kind of late and got up for school, I'd need a nap in the afternoon!. I'd try to sleep earlier, but I couldn't!. I have two pieces of advice for you:

1!. Turn off the TV and drink some relaxing tea early in the evening!. TV and computer screens simulate daylight, and it can affect sleep!. Just try it for a little while and see what happens!. If it has no affect, then go back to watching if you'd like!. Try to spend the last hour of your day doing something relaxing like reading, writing in a journal, or PM yoga!. Drink some "relaxing" or "sleepytime" tea (they'll be labeled like that at the store)!. Like I said, try it for a week or so and see if it helps you fall asleep and feel better rested for your day!.

2!. If #1 doesn't work well or you don't like the idea of it, then try to take naps in the afternoon!. It's what I did when I didn't have to rush off to my part-time job after school!. I'd come home from school and fall asleep around 4 or 5 for an hour or so (my mom would have to wake me up for dinner sometimes)!. Then I'd feel awake enough to do homework in the evening!.

OMG! I have that same problem!. Only, throughout the summer i mostly was kinda nocternal!. LOL! Sucks for me! URGGG! Just do what im doing!. Make yourself go to your bed at eight, by ten you will feel like its later cuz you were in bed for awhile already!. By ten you will be asleep!. Also, i undertstand the TV problem cuz i do the same thing but if you could try to put music on instead!.

well what i did was stay up a whole day and then went to bed at about 9:30 pm!. i was so exhausted!. and then the next few days i started getting sleepy early and waking up early too!. it helped me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
