Question: If i eat pickles, fruit, vegtables, until the 27th of august(this month lol) how much would i lose!?

ok!.!. lets figure!. each pound of fat is the equivalent of 3,500 calories!. if you can burn 3,500 calories a day, plus the calories that you obtained during the day from eating, drinking and chewing gum (which would be somewhere around 1200 if you're only eating fruits and veggies!.!.!. and pickles lol!.!.) than you could loose a pound of fat a day!. veggies and fruits are healthy, but if you want to get lean i suggest adding soy products into your diet as well!. also, try doing pilates!.

First of all pcikles will not make you lose weight because it's high in sodium!. So instead of you losing water or weight you'll retain water in your body!. Fruits and Veggies are your best bet!. But eat fruits in moderation coz it's alos high in sugar, not good when you you have a history of diabetes in the family!. It's healthy to loose 2-3 lbs per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't need to lose weight!. And that is a horrible idea; you will end up gaining more than you are losing!. You will get very sick from lack of essential things that your body requires!. So many people are looking for weight loss in the worst possible way!. I know you have heard it enough, but!.!.!.

i bet you would lose some of ur extra fat but i dont think u should give up carbs cuz u need them to live!.!.!.!.u have to eat rice and potatoes but just a bit!.!.!.!.im 12 and weigh 150 pounds!.!.!.ive been drinking 12 cups of water every day exercising for 15 minutes and im eating more fruit and no sugar!.!.!.!.if u do that for 3 weeks u can lose 6 centimeters from ur waist!.!.!. but i dont think u need to lose a lot of weight the average u should weigh at ur height is 126 ur almost there!.!.!.just remember dont starve urselve!.!.!.when u turn 13 youll lose weight cuz of puberty!.!.!.!.as long as u feel good about how u look u dont have to worry how much u weigh!.!.!.im 150 pounds and i look skinny obviously i have yo lose weight but im not going to starve my self!.!.!.!.do what i told u and ull look great

You will loose weight but keep in mind that pickles are high in sodium which is salt so you will bloat and fruit is sugar once it breaks down
I would keep it a high protein, high fiber, no carb diet
