Answers:
Try to eat VERY low fat and low calorie foods such as fresh fruits and veggies and lean meats (fish is GREAT)!. If you eat only low cal foods you get to eat a very large amount of them to add up to that number of calories!. I find that the days i eat very healthy foods it can be difficult to eat all 1200 calories because the bulk of the food i am eating is so great! You can eat whole heads of lettuce, bunches of carrots and celery, and tons of fish and still be under on calories! So try to eat more lean foods and good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hunger is a natural reaction - you can't convince your body that it isn't hungry when you're giving it less than it's used to!. The best you can do is distract yourself - go do soemthing fun, or watch something that makes you laugh!.

I hope you've talked with your doctor, and that this "balanced diet" really is meeting your nutrition requirements!. 1200 calories sounds awfully low to me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

this happens to everyone at the start of a diet, its because you're used to eating so much more that your body feels deprived even though it is getting plenty!.
the only way to beat these hunger pangs is to simply not give into them, soon you will get used to your new diet, go have some fruit juice, grapefruit is best!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

That isn't a balanced diet at all! you should NEVER, NEVER, NEVER go below 1,500 calories because it is so unhealthy for you, regardless of what the celebs are doing!. Eat more and you won't feel hungry,Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat every two to three hours at least 5 times a day and you will see the differnce!. You wont even crave for stuff because you are constantly eating!. TRY IT!! It's what I do!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

see if your doctor will get you on ritalin (for ADD!.!.!. of course)
that should tide over the hunger!
