One exercise that has actually really helped my core over time is just standing on one leg!.

I stand on one leg when I text on my cell or any other activities like that!. Your abs are what keep you balanced, so they get quite a workout if you do it often enough!.

An arms exercise would be punching the air in a circular motion, like Billy Banks does in his Tae-Bo videos!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Knee bends work!. Hands on the back off the chair and breath in deep!. Also a spare five minute walk to the shops and carry the shopping home is good!. In fact walking or cycling very good for toning the legs and butt!. Works for me and cycling is so easy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

5 mins!. Are you the laziest person in the world!. Why don't you hit the road (jogging) for 20 mins each morning and it'll drop off!.
