How can I lose weight? I can't do any exercises out of my house, and I can't keep a strict diet because I'm 15
I'm 5'4 and weight 125lb. Because of my parents I can't keep a strict diet. I also need exercises that I can do inside the house that will help me lose weight. I want to lose weight before school starts, so please help me!

My parents don't allow me to use Splenda, we don't own a TV or DVD player, and we don't have a treadmill.

5'4" and 125lbs sounds like a pretty healthy weight. Perhaps you would gain more tone in your muscles and not necessarily lose weight. PS - muscle weighs more than fat.
There are lots of tone exercises you can do with out a video or DVD. Push ups, crunches, planks etc. are all great exercises for toning up. Check out some work out websites for some guides. As for outside....do you have a bike? you could ride your bike, walk around the block, walk your dog (if you have one) etc.
If your trying to get healthy, I don't understand why your parents would object and not help out (???)
